As 2021 comes to a close, the team at Filtrex can look back at a challenging but successful year!
We have seen good growth this year and are looking to continue this into 2022. We have had a number of new team members join us including 3 supporting us on the LEV and dust extraction side of the business, Steve, Jack and Ben, and Terry has joined us as our Service Contracts Manager.
A highlight for Filtrex in 2021 was the excellent results from the Addenbrooke’s Hospital tests using the Filtrex AC1500 air purifier. They were placed in a COVID surge ward and were proven to completely remove SARS-Cov-2 and over 45 other pathogens. This real-world testing has confirmed the effectiveness of our range of air purification units.
There are a number of new products we have been working on this year and we look forward to sharing these with you in the new year:
- Remote Filter Pressure Differential Monitoring
- Indoor Air Quality Monitoring
- Anti-Microbial Filters
- Mobile, Free-standing Isolation Room
- Further developments in our Air Purification range of products.
We are also investing in our used filter collection and waste disposal service. At Filtrex, we have a Zero to Landfill policy for all our used filters we collect, and we are constantly looking for ways to make this safer and easier for our customers. We are looking to provide large waste bags for used filters so that the cardboard boxes can be separated and recycled and we can also provide dedicated on-site bins for waste filter storage prior to collection and disposal.
Filtrex Global Ltd have always been dedicated to donating to charity and we continue to support a number of good causes including: Help For Heroes, Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, St John Ambulance and others.
