My job role as a Warehouse manager at Filtrex Global involves the responsibility of organising the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse goods.
In my role at Filtrex Global I am privileged to look after the Filtration and Air Hygiene Management Contracts. We strive to make sure our Clients are Audit ready at all times and provide a Solution to our clients for all Air Hygiene and Filtration issues. I love the fact that we work with Clients and suppliers around the globe and take Best Practice from around the world through the industry. Part of my job is to make sure our clients are aware of and ready for new legislation and Audit requirements.
My Job Role involves being the Primary supplier contact, placing direct orders, checking acknowledgements, chasing deliveries, running stock reports for stock take and stock level monitoring, European imports, purchase invoice checking, tenders, Company accreditation’s and raising service contract invoices.
My job role at Filtrex Global involves Sales Support, and very importantly, After Sales Care. We take pride in looking after customers and are not satisfied unless the customer is entirely satisfied! We like to build up strong relationships with our customers and we will do what we can to ensure they feel well looked after.
At Filtrex I identify business opportunities by establishing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. I then look at ways to communicate with our current and potential clients in order to portray our service rather than being ‘just another salesperson’
I’m jointly responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the business, co-ordinating research of new business and reaching out to these markets. I also take an overview of the financial performance and goals for the company.
Review and arrange all insurances for fleet and business. Building and premises maintenance responsibilities. Design and technical advice for installation projects.
At Filtrex, my role is to ensure we bring awareness of the high quality, Air filtration solutions and services we supply to as many companies as possible. I aim to identify prospective customers that will have a need to maintain Air Handling and filtration systems and tell them how brilliant we are.
Resolving a problem that a potential customer has with their Air Handling systems and building relationships is fundamental to what we do. To consistently supply a service that our customers can rely on and surpasses their expectations is what we do best.
My job role involves Overseeing the Administration team and carrying Audit compliance spot checks internally, Surveying – taking site details to ensure effective site presence and detailed tailored proposals, H&S and technical input into RAMS, Constantly improving filters/labour and site efficiency’s
